Q. Where are you from?
A. I am from Grafton and currently live there with my husband and 3 kids.
Q. Previous position?
A. I was a special education teacher for the past 10 years. Most recently, I come to you from Grafton High School where I was a Special Education and Alternative Education Teacher.
Q.College/High School?
A. UW-La Crosse (go Screaming Eagles!) I play soccer in college. I went to high school in Grafton.
Q.Favorite food?
A.I love nachos! My favorite nachos are from a restaurant in La Crosse called Buzzard Billy’s. They have blackened chicken, monterey jack cheese sauce, pinto beans, banana peppers, and sour cream! Yum!
Q. Favorite Sports team(s)?
A. Bucks
Q. Favorite artist?
A. I admire all types of music except heavy metal. I will listen to a little of everything and don’t necessarily follow specific artists.
Q. Favorite subject?
A. I loved psychology in HS and College and still enjoy learning about it!
Q. Favorite hobbies?
A. I like to be active and do a lot of running, hiking, and enjoying time outdoors as much as possible. I also am a big puzzler, I will put in my audiobook or podcast and work on a puzzle many nights.
Q. Favorite BC memory so far?
A. During one of the first football games I supervised, the student section was doing a water theme…They asked Mr. Gruetzmacher to come do the roller coaster thing and then doused him with water! Mr. Gruetzmacher was a great sport about it and spoke volumes about the positive rapport staff and students have here!
