Brookfield Central High School’s HOSA chapter delivered an outstanding performance at the Wisconsin HOSA State Leadership Conference, earning top placements in a variety of healthcare, leadership, and academic events. With several students placing in the top three, Brookfield Central will now be represented at the International Leadership Conference in Indianapolis.Students showcased their talents through public speaking, medical knowledge, teamwork, research, and innovation.
Among the top finishers, Thanishq Kosuri earned 1st Place in Prepared Speaking, demonstrating exceptional confidence and communication skills. Adee Niljikar captured 1st Place in Epidemiology and also placed in the Healthcare Issues Exam. In another team success, Gargi Kelkar and Georgie Janet won 1st Place in Health Career Display with an impressive presentation.
Brookfield Central also celebrated strong second-place finishes. Alyssa Timsina earned 2nd Place in Environmental Health and 2nd Place in Respiratory Therapy, an incredible achievement in two separate events. Aanya Saxena and Akshita Tyagi also brought home 2nd Place in Health Career Display.
Third-place honors went to Vibhu Besur, who placed 3rd in Career Development, and Raahil Mateen, who earned 3rd Place in World Health & Disparities.
These achievements highlight the dedication and talent of Brookfield Central HOSA students as they continue building skills for future healthcare professions.
